TREK PRODUCT WARRANTY
Products sold by TREK are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and to be interchangeable with the original part of the machine manufacturer. Our parts are guaranteed to provide service to equal or exceed that of the original equipment manufacturers. TREK warranty adjustment, FOB our facilities, is determined pro-rata, based on our calculated portion of service remaining for those parts we find to be defective in material or workmanship, provided the parts were installed and used in normal operations. Under no circumstances will we recognized claims for labour charges or consequential damages, our liability being limited strictly to the replacement of such parts as we deem defective. this product warranty is limited to the TREK supplied parts for TWO YEARS from its original installation date. |
